TurboKick incorporates kickboxing moves, calorie-blasting HIIT training, and bodyweight strength and core exercises in a fun format that feels like a party.
What to expect
We start with a warm-up and then the class is broken down into sections. Each section includes combination moves, repeated back-to-back. Throughout the class, we'll work the upper body, lower body, core, and full body and include HIIT training to burn fat. Class winds down with a cool-down and stretch. The music is upbeat and choreographed to the combinations.
What should I bring?
Students should bring water and wear clothing and shoes that are comfortable for movements that involve punching and kicking. If you have a yoga mat, you are welcome to bring that as well.
Does it meet my goals?
If you're looking for an upbeat fat burning and strengthening class that will also increase your endurance, this is for you!
What if I have limitations?
Low impact modifications are available, but this class is best for those who are able to squat.
